Due to COVID-19, it may take a little longer than usual to receive your order, unfortunately times are unsure with shipping carriers, rest assure we are taking every step to fulfill your product/order as fast as possible. All ready to ship items normally ship within 1-3 business days, but could possibly take up to 4 business days with current delays, your package will be shipped via United States Postal Service, though we sometimes ship UPS, USPS Priority depending on the location of our inventory. We currently ship to anywhere in North America, including United States of America, Canada and are now shipping to Australia and the United Kingdom. All shipping located outside of the United States, will ship through DHL. Any orders outside of the United States will take up to 15-18 days, depending on deliveries provided by DHL. An additional fee will also be required for international shipping, we are currently updating our checkout to provide DHL as an opinion for shipping at checkout, until then anyone location in Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia please message us at checkout and use ‘in store pickup”, please note we will then email you after your order is placed with us and send an invoice for ‘International/DHL Shipping’ Please note, we will not send out your order until you pay the invoice for ‘International Shipping’. Pe-order items will ship with-in 2-4 days of the date listed on the product, however due to these challenging times with COVID-19, the lack of transportations to the United States by carriers/containers may arrive later than accepted. We are not expecting this to happen, but in case it does we will reach out to you the day your order has originally stated it would ship and let you know your order status and when we are expecting the items. Once any order is processed your will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out.
